Pathum Egodawatta
Co-founder, Mooniak
Pathum Egodawatta is a Sri Lankan typeface designer and font engineer with expertise in Sinhala and Thaana scripts. He holds an MA in Typeface Design from the University of Reading and has worked on font projects for Google, Uber, and Toyota. A co-founder of Mooniak, a studio specializing in trilingual fonts and editorial design, he also helped establish the Institute of Typography—Sri Lanka, dedicated to advancing South Asian typography. Egodawatta actively contributes to Open Source font development.
